My room had air conditioning which was great. The reception staff demonstrated great friendliness. Breakfast included a breakfast buffet. The room was well sized and clean.
The room only had a couple of glasses plus mugs. I missed cutlery like knives forks and plates.

The mattress WAS hard. I found a broken charger piece left inside the wall socket. I couldn't charge my phone!

adequate stay, some minor issues

friendly staffclean roommissing hookawful noise
the staff at reception was very friendly. they where very helpful . the room was clean and had enough towels and coffee. i found that a great joy.
i noticed bits of paint on the bathroom window. there was missed paint near the toilet and no hooks for towels. the noise from the bar next door was awful all night long. i think there where no sound proofing in the room.
